How are blog votes calculated?

Positive and negative votes are counted by users pressing the plus and minus buttons on the blogs profile. The percentage of positive votes is calculated and displayed as a fraction of 10.

How are entry votes calculated?

Entry votes are calculated as the total number of positive votes for that entry. Entries may not receive negative votes.

I voted on a blog blog but its rating didn't change?

Sometimes when blogs receive a large number of votes the blogs rating one vote is not enough to change its rating as it is based on the percentage of positive votes. A blogs rating is seen (including decimals) on the right hand side of the blog profile.

Where did user accounts go?

User accounts have been removed to allow people to more easily add feeds and use the site. We still have a mailing list although this is rarely if ever used to send site updates and information relating to blog promotion.

How can I leave a comment on an entry or blog?

Comments are currently disabled whilst we work on anti-spam measures. We hope they'll be back soon.
