Feed Listings

By submitting a feed to Blogoculars you agree that you are the owner or that you have permission from the owner to do so.

Blogoculars reserves the right to reject or delete feeds which it at its sole digression deems inappropriate or not suitable for the site.

The right is also reserved to alter feeds where deemed necessary such as, but not limited to, feed titles and descriptions or entry data.

Feeds may only be submitted where the user either owns or has permission to use and publish the content of the feed.

By submitting a feed you give Blogoculars permission to store and publish the content of the feed on Blogoculars.com

Content

Blogoculars reserves the right to remove content where it deems necessary at its sole digression.

You agree not to submit adult, offensive or illegal material.

Alcohol, drug, gambling and weapon related content is not permitted.

Blogoculars can not be held responsible for illegal or improper content.

Spam feeds are not permitted.

Unfortunately we are unable to check the content of non-english feeds and so these may be removed.

Privacy

Providing your e-mail address is optional.

Blogoculars does not send spam or pass email addresses to spammers.

Reservations

Blogoculars reserves the right to remove or alter all data stored on Blogoculars.com where it deems appropriate at its sole digression. This includes but is not limited to user accounts, feed listings and stored entries.
